Enforcement order ratified after owner agrees to replant following unpermitted wall work

Homeowner Francis Poli told the Commission he had rebuilt and expanded a retaining wall that had originally been permitted under an expired OOC, and that mitigation plantings required by the earlier order had been removed. The draft Enforcement Order requires a new surveyed plan and a revised and expanded mitigation plan by Sept. 13, 2026, with a planting deadline of Oct. 13, 2026. Mr. Poli said he had already contacted consultants for quotes and agreed to replanting.
Commissioner Bradford Bower moved to ratify the Enforcement Order; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Tierney and carried 6-0. The order formalizes required documentation and restoration to address unpermitted work and removal of previously required mitigation.
