Pier proposal at 104–110 River Street continued pending advisory committee vote

Commissioners declined to decide the permit at the meeting, citing the advisory committee referral. The continuance formally preserves the Commission's ability to act after the Waterways and Shellfish Advisory Committee provides its recommendation and any technical input is received.
