Atlantic Coast Engineering asked the Conservation Commission to continue the Notice of Intent for a proposed pier, ramp and float system at 104 and 110 River Street so the Waterways and Shellfish Advisory Committee could vote on related shellfish and navigation concerns. Commissioner Elly Tierney moved to continue SE83-2516 to 2026-08-20; Commissioner Jack Frost seconded and the motion carried 6-0.
Commissioners declined to decide the permit at the meeting, citing the advisory committee referral. The continuance formally preserves the Commission's ability to act after the Waterways and Shellfish Advisory Committee provides its recommendation and any technical input is received.
