"This amendment introduces distinct buffer requirements, and classifications...A type a buffer would be a buffer required between nonresidential and residential uses requiring 6 canopy trees, 50% evergreen..." planning staff said while outlining the proposed Type A, B and C standards. Staff summarized the changes as an overall increase in plant quantities and evergreen percentages; the item was presented for consideration and further review.
