Dan Park of Earthworks Group said the church has been at the site since 2007 and intends to add landscaping as funds permit. He estimated, "When you start getting all the way around that, I would estimate probably $80,000 when you add all the plants in there." Park and church staff said they would phase landscaping as funds become available.
Board members opted to vote on the six variance items separately.
