Mosier adopts recreational-immunity ordinance to limit liability for public land use

City Attorney Westmeyer presented the ordinance during the June 18 meeting; on July 23 Councilor Ron Wright read the ordinance by title and moved for adoption.
Council voted unanimously to adopt the ordinance. The city recorder will correct the ordinance document to reflect the adoption date of July 23, 2025 in the official record.
