Council adopts Transportation System Plan amendment adding stormwater planters option

City Planner Jaime Crawford and council members described the amendment as a design option to better integrate stormwater treatment into future street projects. The change provides an additional street-section alternative for projects and will be available to developers and the city when reviewing future street design plans.
