Allen County Memorial Coliseum general manager Melanie Carney presented a cleaning services agreement with City Wide Facility Solutions following a successful RFP process; Carney said the company's flat-rate proposal produces a square-foot cost for each section of the complex and called the approach the fairest way to allocate charges. The board approved the service agreement 2-0.
Commissioner Ronald W. Turpin moved to approve and Commissioner Richard E. Beck seconded. County staff will finalize the contract and implement cleaning services under the new agreement.
