Commissioner Ronald W. Turpin moved to approve the June 26 minutes and a slate of items covering fee funds and contracts; Commissioner Richard E. Beck seconded. Motions recorded in the session show each item passed 2-0. Approved ordinances included Ordinance 07-10-26-13 creating the Building Department Fee Fund (T12A277) and Ordinance 07-10-26-14 amending the Department of Planning Services Fee Fund (T12-A27). The Board also approved Ordinance 07-10-26-15 creating the Community Corrections Trust Fund (T12A278) and Ordinance 07-10-26-10 to create the Prairie Centre TIF Fund (Title 12 Article 279).

Each of these consent items was moved by Turpin, seconded by Beck, and recorded as passing 2-0.
