The council discussed provisional-ballot procedures and followed WV Code 3-2-31 when adding one provisional ballot to the official tally. The council then approved the statement of ballots used on June 10, 2025. Council established a 48-hour period for recount requests; if none are filed the council will reconvene at 6:30 p.m. on June 18, 2025 to certify the election results.
