Irondale to adopt CivicPlus recreation software; council OKs small interface for warrant import

The resolution authorizes the mayor to execute an agreement with CivicPlus LLC in an amount not to exceed $35,002.54 for the first year and an annual fee of $20,037.50 beginning FY27–28. "The public can actually go online and book the rooms themselves," the parks director said of the new software.
Earlier in the meeting, a separate emergency E‑911 item authorized an interface with Southern Software Inc. to allow easier import of warrant information at a one‑time cost not to exceed $1,250. Both technology items were left on consent and approved with the full consent agenda.
