Board holds two attorney–client executive sessions; no public action taken

During the Sept. 8 meeting the board entered two attorney–client executive sessions. Commissioner Myra Carlisle Frazier moved the first session for 15 minutes with County Counselor Jake Conard present; Commissioner Jack Garner seconded and the board returned at the scheduled time with no public action taken.
Later in the meeting Commissioner Frazier moved a 10-minute attorney–client executive session, again with County Counselor Jake Conard present; Commissioner Garner seconded. The second session was extended by five minutes. The minutes explicitly state no action was taken after reconvening from both sessions.
