A commissioner moved to approve the agenda and commissioners voted affirmatively: Commissioners Baltazar, Cabrera, Butts and Moses recorded yes votes. The commission then moved and seconded to approve the April 22 minutes; the same commissioners voted yes and the minutes were approved. Earlier in the meeting one commissioner clarified that among four sitting commissioners a 3–1 result is a passing vote, so no revote of minutes was required.
No conflicts of interest were announced at the meeting.
