City planning staff identified four post‑packet additions to the staff recommendation for 33175 North Lakes Trail that will be part of any approval forwarded by the commission. Planner Kendra Eleanor said she added language requiring that the applicant comply with “all applicable city of Lindstrom and Chisago County ordinances” and that the wetland delineation be verified by the county wetland specialist.
Eleanor also said legal descriptions must meet county and city satisfaction and that the city must obtain a copy of the final plat that is recorded “in the event the city does approve this subdivision.” Those conditions will be reflected in the recommendation the commission forwarded to the county for further action.
