The Lindstrom Economic Development Authority introduced two new members during its meeting: Dan Frieder, a commercial lender associated with First Resource Bank in the region, and Lisa Stengel, who said she has about 20 years in Lindstrom and a background in marketing and sales. "I'm Dan Preener, commercial real estate broker, for 27 years now," one board member said during introductions, and each newcomer gave a short biographical summary of their experience and ties to the community.
Board members welcomed the additions and discussed onboarding materials. Staff said they would supply background information, financial summaries and one-on-one briefings so new members can get up to speed on board priorities, budgets and current projects. Members noted the EDA’s limited grant funding and emphasized the committee’s role in leveraging partnerships and strategic planning.
