Providers urge more vouchers, expanded bridge housing as demand rises

ANC2A Commissioner Troopdi J. Patel raised the Aston site cap as an example of an operational decision that limits usable capacity: the asset is capped at 100 residents though public reporting indicates capacity for up to 190. ANC asked DHS for specific, measurable performance benchmarks that would justify lifting the cap and recommended a phased plan to increase capacity if outcomes support expansion.
