After returning to open session following the final executive session, the council carried motions to offer Matthew Smith a Street Laborer position at $15.00 per hour and John Hutton a Street Laborer position at $18.00 per hour. The minutes identify the statute by citation in each executive-session motion text; individual roll-call votes were not reported in the minutes, which instead state simply "Motion carried."
