Sedan to contract Butler & Associates for collections; ordinance to allow fees to be added to debts

The minutes note the firm integrates with the city's current setoff and collections processes and that Butler & Associates will automatically include court costs and associated fees on collected accounts.
Council agreed to pursue the contract and to have ordinance language prepared for a future meeting; no ordinance text was adopted on June 17.
