Road and Bridge Supervisor Cody Zook also discussed an opportunity to purchase a dump truck, which the board heard as part of the department's equipment planning. "Commissioner Moates moved to approve the hire of Rockey Ross as Utility Operator, effective September 22, 2025, at a rate of $17.00/hour," the minutes state. The board took no separate action on the dump truck during this meeting.
