Council hears planning-and-zoning update; Fairview Townhomes complete

During the planning-and-zoning portion of the meeting, Alderman Wilson told the board that the 64-unit Fairview Townhomes south of town have been completed.
Wilson also said Clay Creek Meadows phase 2 was discussed at the last planning meeting and mentioned upcoming updates to the Diamond Crest lift station. He said the board likely will receive a site-plan review for new townhomes in January or February, and noted that Lakeside Farms would appear later on the meeting agenda as item 8.
The planning-and-zoning report was delivered without public comment at the meeting.
