Subcommittee drafts mission statement; township representation still missing

Robert Hill presented a draft mission statement for the 765 kV Transmission Line Subcommittee and asked members to provide suggestions. Allen Jones requested the draft be emailed to advisory members for review and asked that the item appear on the August meeting agenda so members could propose changes.
Hill also noted that the subcommittee still lacked representatives from Oak Lake and Elkton townships. The advisory committee did not fill those seats at the July meeting and left the mission statement draft for member review ahead of the August meeting.
