Commission approves emergency easement for airport road-widening to secure ODOT funding

Staff said related easement documents will be completed and submitted after the purchase agreement is executed and emphasized that the measure is presented as an emergency to meet funding deadlines, not to obligate city funds beyond executing the agreement.
