The Pendleton Redevelopment Commission approved the July 2026 meeting minutes by voice vote after the chair asked for corrections and received none. The chair called for a motion and, following a second, the minutes were approved.
Later, after opening the noticed public hearing on the confirmatory resolution, the commission voted to continue the hearing to Sept. 3 to allow required mailings and tax-impact statements to be sent; one commissioner recorded an abstention (transcript lists the member as Maddox). No public comment was offered during the hearing opening and the commission adjourned after public comment time produced no speakers.
