County approves Grayscale Labs recruiting text‑messaging and scheduling contract

ERP staff explained a "standard integration" with SAP was an important factor: "A standard integration is sort of a prebuilt that leverages what we already have in SAP platform," an ERP representative said, and the selection committee unanimously recommended Grayscale. The board voted to accept the negotiated proposal.
