The board also approved Resolution 26-124 to pay $15,000 from Community Benefit funds to the St. Albans Housing Corporation for completion of a matching grant project to install a generator. Finance Director Patrick Dolan reported the FY26 year finished under budget and the county did not use the anticipated amount of fund balance. The county did not provide additional budget detail at the meeting beyond the presented totals.
