The Oscoda Township Board on July 23 appointed Timothy J. O’Connor to serve as a member of the township Board of Review. The special meeting was held at Oscoda Township Hall and was called to order by Supervisor Nicole Tregear at 11:18 a.m.
Supervisor Nicole Tregear moved to appoint Timothy J. O’Connor; Mr. Cummings supported the motion. The board recorded the vote as YEAS: Mr. Cummings, Ms. McGuire, Mr. Wygant, Ms. Fortner and Ms. Tregear; there were no NAYS. The motion carried. Tregear later thanked O’Connor "for stepping up to fill the Board of Review Committee position." The minutes list Ms. Tait and Mr. Linderman as absent.
The appointment was the sole substantive item on the special-meeting agenda. No public comment was recorded. The board adjourned at 11:23 a.m.
