FBO software goes live; Master Plan public meeting set for Feb. 24

Cheryl Martin, Director of Finance & Administration, told the board the new FBO software, X-1, went live on Feb. 10, 2026 and thanked staff—specifically Kaleena Rodriguez—for preparing data for the system. She said about 58% of outstanding receivables have been collected since Jan. 31, leaving about $68,688 still outstanding.
Martin reminded attendees that a Master Plan Update public meeting is scheduled for Feb. 24 (tenants 4–5 p.m., general public 5–7 p.m.) and that Delta Airport Consultants will be on-site to assist with questions. She also said auditors will be on-site in March for the annual audit and that preliminary 2025 IIC numbers indicate eligibility for a claim fund reimbursement.
