Council discusses trustee vacancy, employee evaluations and resident communications

During the meeting President Eakin addressed administrative items including personnel and upcoming vacancies. He told the council that employee evaluations were forthcoming and that "Trustee Saaranen’s position will expire this month, and the council will need to post the trustee position in December."
Trustee Korby asked about creating a map of areas within the village boundaries, and Trustee Saaranen suggested sending more than one letter a year to residents as part of village communications. The council agreed these were items for future follow-up and did not take immediate formal action at the Nov. 7 session.
