Nassau trustees approve new water rates for April

Each additional person in the house would be an additional $22."
Trustees discussed the rates, noted commercial tiers and flat-rate accounts, and moved to adopt "choice 2." The motion was seconded and carried on a voice vote. Officials said the change was included in the draft budget and that staff will publish the new rates and billing adjustments for the April billing cycle.
