Village schedules budget workshop April 1 and public hearing April 8

Chair (S1) said he is preparing a preliminary budget and proposed dates for public processes: a budget workshop on April 1, the annual meeting on April 6 and a public hearing and presentation of the 2026–27 budget on April 8 at 7:00 p.m. The board voted to set those dates by motion (mover: Guy) and voice vote.
The chair asked board members to submit any out-of-the-ordinary funding requests so they can be incorporated into the preliminary budget. The board indicated the April 8 meeting will include the formal public hearing before a regular meeting, and Missy (S3) said she will post the correct times once finalized.
