Missy (S3), who manages postings, said she uses a clerk-specific page and that some residents cannot find the public recordings and materials on the current layout. "It's not easy to find the recordings," Missy said. The board asked S2 to request a formal quote for both short-term posting and a site update to make meeting materials easier to find and to include that estimate in the upcoming budget discussion.
