The motion was made by Trustee Russel Weinrib, seconded by Deputy Mayor Isaac Showman, and passed unanimously.
The Board audited Abstract #707 and, on motion by Mayor Moshe Blinder seconded by Trustee Russel Weinrib, authorized payment of general fund claims totaling $46,449.67. The Treasurer confirmed the items represented goods and services received and for proper village purposes.
The minutes list several building permits issued and completed between February 25 and March 24, 2025, including HN-2025004 (Ocean Ave street opening) and HN-2025005 (temporary party tent), and note no stop-work orders. In new business the Board directed the Clerk to purchase three trash receptacles to be placed around the village for a price not to exceed $3,000.
