Westfield approves change order and budget items for Route 5 Water Benefit District No. 2 project

Councilmember James Herbert moved to accept the Change Order; Councilmember David Brown seconded and the motion carried unanimously. Separately, Resolution No. 23 authorized a $13,000 increase for bond counsel on the Route 5 WD #2 project. The Board also authorized Form E‑8 payment and project tabulations under Resolution No. 24. These actions were recorded as approved by roll call with present members voting aye.
