Council authorizes revised grass-cutting and landscape RFP
Summary

Administrator Erin Braband presented a list of items to add to the grass-cutting/landscape RFP. She said services at Town Hall need to be added and leaf removal should be included for all town properties; President Newnam requested mulching twice a year and an alternate for contractors to submit material-inclusive and material-excluded pricing. As recorded, staff requested that "services at Town Hall need to be added to the list as well as leaf removal for all Town properties."
Commissioner Chase moved to put the revised grass-cutting/landscape RFP out to bid; President Newnam seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The RFP will invite bidders to submit base and alternate pricing as requested; the council did not set a procurement timeline at the meeting.
