Council approves Alamosa Housing Authority retention of $51,652.83 in PILT to fund unit remodels

Councilor Garza moved to approve Resolution 12-2026 permitting the retention; the motion was seconded and carried unanimously. Staff said the authority manages 199 rental units and is the city’s only housing authority.
What’s next: staff will implement the retention allowing AHA to apply the funds to remodeling projects for tenant units.
