Calumet trustee appointed to Houghton County Recreation Authority

At its March 18 meeting, the Calumet Village Council unanimously appointed Trustee Matt L’Esperance to serve on the Houghton County Recreation Authority through November 2025.
President Rob Tarvis nominated Trustee Matt L’Esperance to represent Calumet on the Houghton County Recreation Authority, for a term that expires in November 2025. The council voted by roll call in favor, with Trustees Pamela Que, Bernice Smith, Matt L’Esperance, James Tercha and President Rob Tarvis recorded as voting "yea." Motion carried 5–0.
