The Kenyon-Wanamingo School District Board of Education scheduled second interviews for two superintendent finalists to be held at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. The motion to schedule the interviews was moved by Chair Tonya Craig, seconded by Marilyn Syverson and passed 6-0.
Initial interviews on May 5 included Craig Schlichting, Patrick/Partick Heiderscheit and Dr. Rick Halley; the board recessed the May 5 meeting at 9:38 p.m. to reconvene for the May 7 interviews. The minutes note that the board will reconvene on May 7 to complete second interviews and deliberate further steps in the superintendent search process.
