Commission authorizes facilities improvements, preserves bond reimbursement option for major projects

Commissioners discussed scope and the process for returning bid-board items for contract awards; multiple commissioners expressed support and the resolution passed unanimously. Staff will return with bid approvals and exact costs before any bond sale or final reimbursement.
