The EDA filled one of two officer vacancies at the meeting by appointing Jake Dillon as treasurer. The motion to appoint Dillon was moved and seconded and approved by voice vote. Board members noted that Kendra (appointed by town council) was present and the remaining secretary slot would be tabled until the next meeting when she can participate.
Members discussed recruiting options for the remaining vacancy, asking that notices be posted on the town website and that candidates be residents or adjacent-property owners in accordance with membership rules.
