The Rangely Town Council presented a certificate congratulating the town’s wastewater treatment plant EdWorks project and recognized staff who managed the work.
The certificate read in part, "Congratulations, town of Brandy, wastewater treatment plant EdWorks. Joel is proud to play a part as through this energy and minerals impact assistance fund," a passage the council read aloud while thanking project manager Emily and collaborator Jocelyn. Council members said they had not expected to enjoy touring the facility but praised the explanation and the project’s results.
The presentation followed the FFA student remarks and included brief council commentary praising staff. The town indicated the project was "in service" and that officials will continue to publicize successful infrastructure work.
