Spring Valley CID approves addendum and FY27 contract with Great West Engineering

Anne, the district financial manager, told the board: "The 1st item is an addendum to their existing contract. We've had additional work that we've required them to do, and so I want to align their contracted amount with what we anticipate paying them this year." She added that the second item would set next year’s contract "at a higher rate, than what we, currently have contracted as we've seen what actuals are going to be."
The board moved and seconded motions to approve the FY26 addendum (item 6a) and the FY27 contract (item 6b). Both motions were put to a vote and recorded as passing by the board’s affirmative responses.
