At the Feb. 4 meeting, resident David Billings of Harrison Court said a neighbor starts a dump truck at about 2 a.m. and lets it run, which he said violates the town's noise ordinance; he also said the truck exceeds posted weight limits on some town streets. John Evans of Harrison Circle made similar complaints and said the truck's exhaust had been modified.
Attorney Lyndsey Ryan told the complainants the Town will "send a letter to the violator and look into the decibel level set by State law" and that the Town would respond to each resident with its findings. The minutes record those follow-up steps but do not record an enforcement action yet.
