Sheriff, street and utilities provide routine updates; water/sewer project discussed

At the Dec. 1 meeting, Spink County Sheriff Jenna Appel provided an update on her department’s activities. The minutes identify Appel by name and record her departure at about 7:17 p.m. The Council also heard a street-department update from Tracy Schroeder and a water/sewer project update from Chad Moore; Moore exited the meeting about 7:37 p.m.
The Hospital (CMH) minutes dated Nov. 24, 2025 were approved separately on a motion by Joe Morrissette, seconded by Keith Gall. Bennett Osborn provided Parks & Recreation statistics for fall and winter activities and left about 7:44 p.m.
