Trappe council OKs $16,985.96 HVAC replacement for council and administrator offices using ARPA interest funds

President Newnam asked staff to "look into other companies for any future maintenance contracts." The minutes do not record a contract award beyond approval to proceed with the Comfort Plus proposal and the funding source specified as ARPA interest earned.
