Council members continued discussing possible changes to the handbook and set a follow-up workshop for Feb. 4, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. The workshop closed at 5:35 p.m. after President Newnam moved to close the session and Council member Michael Sullivan seconded; the motion was approved unanimously by the members present.
