The minutes list City prepaid $4,902.95; City unpaid $104,798.11; Hospital & Clinic prepaid $40,775.43; Hospital & Clinic unpaid $85,829.15; and Hospital & Clinic refunds $2,432.21. The motion to pay claims was made by Councilmember Matthew Weller and seconded by Dana Lewis; the minutes record a roll-call vote with all members voting “Yes.”
The additional claims approved included a $20,000 payment to Redfield Public School for inclusive playground equipment, Clausen Sanitation $19,205.00 for monthly garbage collection and year-end dumpsters, Midcontinent Communications $990.30 for internet and phone services, and smaller return meter deposits and service charges. The minutes show the Council approved these disbursements as part of the claims motion.
