President Newnam read the resolution's title and Attorney Lyndsey Ryan told the council that the second resolution "is the same as the other one except for the amount." Commissioner Walter Chase moved to approve the resolution and the motion was seconded; the vote was recorded as unanimous.
Minutes show the action is part of the council's ongoing effort to secure USDA financing for the pumping station rehabilitation. Ryan previously noted closings for USDA loans are scheduled for Feb. 19. The council did not record specific loan terms in the meeting minutes.
