Glasgow said the team is seeking design approval and, if the committee recommends funding, will proceed in coordination with design review and, ultimately, city-council approval. Committee members discussed the design-review process and agreed to forward the $10,000 recommendation to council; the motion to recommend the contribution passed unanimously.
