The Onancock Planning Commission voted to approve the minutes of Nov. 4 and Feb. 3, with a friendly amendment to correct the spelling of James McGowan’s name. Commissioner (speaker 5) moved the approval and Chairperson Greer seconded; the commission approved the minutes by voice vote with no opposition reported.
Commissioner (speaker 5) introduced the motion “For both the November and the February meeting of the town planning commission,” which was adopted after a brief clarification that the February minutes contained a misspelling. The chair said the minutes would be corrected and that the change did not require re-circulating the draft for another vote.
