The Studio Eagle Design Review Board approved a master sign plan for the East End Marketplace, giving the developer flexibility on sign types including push‑through lettering and canopy signage.
Architect Walt Lindgren walked the board through MSP elevations and suggested allowed lighting options. Planning staff Emily Falco confirmed the master sign plan shows required dimensional lettering and that no additional site‑specific conditions were needed for the monument or building signage. The board moved and approved the master sign plan and then approved findings and conclusions of law for the MSP.
