The Studio Eagle Design Review Board approved findings and conclusions allowing a new 4,148‑square‑foot multi‑tenant retail building at East End Marketplace.
Architect Walt Lindgren described the site as adjacent to Chick‑fil‑A with approximately 29 parking stalls shown on the plan and no drive‑through proposed. "This is yet another building in the East End Marketplace, located just to the east of Chick fil A," Lindgren said while walking the board through plan and material options.
Planning staff confirmed the applicant had submitted an updated landscape plan required under site‑specific condition 2 and stood for questions. The board moved, seconded and approved the application on voice vote.
